Questions hosts ask
Does anyone need an account?
No. Guests scan the QR and upload straight from the browser. Adding a name is optional.
What about videos?
Photos and videos both work, straight from the camera roll. A free wall takes videos up to 60 seconds; a longer one keeps its first minute and the guest is told. The Event Upgrade allows up to 5 minutes.
Can we show it on a TV at the event?
Yes. Play the wall as a fullscreen loop with the event QR in the corner — new uploads join the loop live.
Can I approve photos and videos before guests see them?
Yes. Turn on approval and new uploads wait for you or a moderator before they appear.
Can I delete photos and videos?
Always. Hosts can remove any photo or video instantly, and guests can remove their own uploads.
Does it cost anything?
No. The photo wall is free for every event, on every plan. An optional one-time Event Upgrade adds more room and longer videos.
How many photos fit?
Several hundred phone photos per event on the free wall. The Event Upgrade raises it to 10 GB, and every paid plan includes that.
How long do the photos and videos stay?
As long as the event exists. The wall has no time limit, and downloading never expires.
Can I download everything?
Yes. The host downloads the whole wall as one zip file, free. Guests can save any photo or video they like.
