Questions

What does Senvow charge per ticket?

$0. There are no per-sale fees on any plan, including Free. Your payment provider's own processing rates still apply — but they're paid to your provider, not to Senvow. Cash sales at the door carry no fees at all.

What happened to Eventbrite?

In March 2026 Eventbrite was acquired by Bending Spoons for about $500 million and taken off the stock market; large layoffs across the company followed in April 2026. Its published pricing is 3.7% + $1.79 per paid ticket plus 2.9% payment processing (July 2026). Many organizers are reviewing their options — that's likely why you're here.

How is Senvow different?

The money flow. Eventbrite collects ticket revenue and pays you out after the event. On Senvow, guests pay straight into your own PayPal, Stripe, Square or Mollie account as tickets sell — Senvow never holds your money, so it structurally can't take a cut.

Can I move an existing event over?

There's nothing to migrate — create your event again in about 60 seconds, set up your tiers and point your links at the new page. Tickets already sold elsewhere stay valid there; new sales run through your own account.

Do my guests pay hidden fees at checkout?

No. The price you set is the price guests pay — there's no Senvow service fee to add.

Where's the catch?

Senvow is funded by optional Pro and Business memberships, which raise annual online-sales limits and add features — not by fees on your tickets. Free covers a real event program; upgrade only if you outgrow it.

Can I take my guest list with me?

Always. One click exports your guests — RSVPs, tickets, payment and check-in status, answers and waiver signatures — as a spreadsheet, on every plan. Your audience is yours; trying Senvow is reversible.
