The gala tickets sell. The money is already yours.
A school auction, a 5K, a community dinner: the seats sell through a platform, a fee comes off every one, and the payout arrives weeks after the night. On Senvow each ticket payment lands in the organization's own PayPal, Stripe, Square or Mollie as it happens, with no per-sale fees. Cash at the door is free too.
The page is free and stays free. Your treasurer sees every dollar in your own account, not in ours.
Built for the committee that runs it after work
Every dollar lands with the organization
Online payments go straight into the org's own PayPal, Stripe, Square or Mollie. Senvow takes no cut, and nobody holds the money until after the event.
Cash at the door, no card reader
Guests reserve online and pay when they arrive. One tap collects the cash while the QR pass is scanned, and the count stays right.
Donors who can give more, do
Pay-what-you-want tickets carry a minimum and a suggested price. The seat is the same; the amount is theirs to pick.
Tables, sponsors and student seats
Ticket tiers for a table of eight, a sponsor package or a student seat. Promo codes for the board and the PTA list.
Dietary needs and shirt sizes, answered at checkout
Your questions sit in the ticket checkout, so the answer arrives with the seat. Choice answers come already counted; the rest exports as CSV.
A door list on every volunteer's phone
Door helpers sign in and scan QR passes from their own phones. Duplicate-proof, with a live count of who is in the room.
One ticket, every budget
A sliding-scale tier sells beside your fixed tiers — buyers pick their amount at checkout.

From their phone to your door
Buyers get their ticket on their phone. At the door you scan it, see who they are and collect anything still owed.

Where the money actually goes
Money goes to your own PayPal, Stripe, Square or Mollie account. We never hold it, so there is no payout to wait for.

Online payments run through your own payment provider account — we never hold your funds, and Senvow charges no per-sale fees (your chosen payment provider may charge its own processing fees). Your yearly sales volume counts both cash and online takings. Venue slots count the venues you actively own — set one to private or remove it and the slot frees up. Memberships renew yearly and can be canceled anytime.
Fundraiser questions, answered
Does Senvow charge nonprofits per ticket?
No. There are no per-sale fees on any plan. Online payments go directly to the organization's own PayPal, Stripe, Square or Mollie account (that provider's processing fee still applies). Cash at the door is free.
Can our treasurer see the money right away?
Yes. Each sale is a payment into your own account, visible there the moment it happens. Senvow never holds the funds.
Can guests pay cash at the door?
Yes. Guests reserve online for free and pay when they arrive. Whoever scans the pass collects with one tap, and cash and online payment can be mixed per ticket tier.
Can donors pay more than the ticket price?
Yes. Set a minimum and a suggested price on a pay-what-you-want ticket and buyers choose their amount. Memberships work the same way for monthly supporters.
Do we need to be a registered nonprofit to use Senvow?
No. Any organization or person can host a fundraiser. Because every payment lands in your own account, your receipts and records stay with you and your payment provider.
Can we collect table choices, dietary needs or T-shirt sizes?
Yes. Add your questions to the ticket checkout. Choice answers are counted for you, and every answer exports as a column in the guest CSV.

Each row shows only the named platform's published fees (July 2026) — check the sources below for current rates. Payment providers charge their own processing rates everywhere, including on Senvow; the table shows what the ticketing platform itself takes. Examples assume the organizer absorbs the fees — across 100 tickets at $25, that's about $344 in platform fees on Eventbrite and $0 on Senvow.
