Online payments run through your own payment provider account — we never hold your funds, and Senvow charges no per-sale fees (your chosen payment provider may charge its own processing fees). Your yearly sales volume counts both cash and online takings. Venue slots count the venues you actively own — set one to private or remove it and the slot frees up. Memberships renew yearly and can be cancelled anytime.

Questions

How much does it cost?

Creating an event and its ticket shop is free. Cash sales are free, and selling online is included on every plan, including Free — you just connect your own payment provider, with no Senvow per-sale fees.

Can I sell free tickets?

Yes — free RSVPs or paid tickets, or a mix of tiers. You’re in control of each ticket type.

How do guests get in?

Each ticket carries a QR code. Scan it at the door from any phone — no separate scanner app needed.

What about selling other things?

For food, drinks or merch tied to a place rather than an event, claim your venue and open a venue shop instead.

Can I cap how many tickets sell?

Yes — set limits per tier or for the whole event, and sales stop automatically when you're full.

What if I need to refund someone?

You can refund a ticket in a tap, and its QR is voided so it can't be reused.

What happens when I sell out?

A waitlist takes over automatically — guests join with a name and email, and refunded spots offer themselves to the first in line with a 24-hour claim window.

Can I offer discounts or promo codes?

Yes. Create percent-off or amount-off codes for single tickets or the whole event, cap how often each works and set a time window. Buyers enter the code at checkout and see the final price before they pay.

Can tickets go on sale at a set time?

Yes. Give a ticket a sale start and the page counts down to the moment it unlocks.
