Payment FAQ

Are there fees on cash sales?

No. Cash you collect in person is yours, and Senvow takes no per-sale fee on online sales either — online runs straight through your own provider account.

Do I need a card reader?

No. Online payments run through your own connected provider; cash payments you collect in person.

Can one event have both?

Yes — set each ticket to cash or online independently.

When do I get paid for online sales?

Online payments land in your own provider account as guests pay — the money is yours straight away, with nothing held by Senvow.

Can guests pay later for a cash ticket?

Yes — they reserve for free and settle in cash when you scan them in at the door.
