Connect Square in 6 simple steps
Create or sign in to Square
Sign in to your Square dashboard, or create an account for free. This is the account your earnings are paid out to.
Open SquareOpen the Square Developer Dashboard
Sign in with the same Square account and create an application (any name, like 'My Senvow'). Make sure you're using Production, not Sandbox.
Open Developer DashboardCopy your access token and location ID
In your application, open the Production tab and copy the Access token. Then copy the Location ID for the location you'll sell from — you'll paste both into Senvow.
Use your Production access token and treat it like a password — only ever paste it into Senvow's payment setup, and never share it with anyone else.

On your Senvow payment setup, pick Square, paste your access token and location ID, and hit Connect. You'll see a 'Connected' confirmation.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a Square account to sell tickets?
Yes. A free Square account lets Senvow send buyers' payments straight to you. Setting one up takes just a few minutes.
Does Senvow take a fee from each ticket sale?
Senvow takes no commission on your sales. Square charges its own standard payment-processing fee on its side, and everything after that goes straight into your account. Selling for cash at the door is always free.
Where does the money go?
Directly into your own Square account the moment a buyer pays. Senvow never holds your funds — you stay in control of your money and your payouts.
Can I still take cash at the door?
Yes. You can offer cash, online card, or both — set per ticket. Door cash sales are free and need no setup.
Where do I find my Square access token and location ID?
In the Square Developer Dashboard: open your application, switch to Production, and copy the Access token and the Location ID. Paste both into Senvow's payment setup.
