Accessibility at Senvow

Our commitment to a platform everyone can use.

Senvow is for everyone — hosts, guests and venues alike — and we want the platform to be usable by as many people as possible, whatever device or assistive technology you rely on. This statement explains where we stand and how to reach us if something isn't working for you.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA — the widely recognised standard for accessible websites — and to reflect the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time box to tick.

What we do

  • Build on semantic, structured HTML so screen readers can navigate pages in a logical order.
  • Support full keyboard navigation with visible focus outlines, so you can use Senvow without a mouse.
  • Label buttons, icons and form fields for assistive technology, and provide alt text for meaningful imagery.
  • Design for readable colour contrast and a responsive layout that reflows cleanly when you zoom in.
  • Respect your system "reduced motion" setting to soften animations.

Conformance status

Senvow is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: most of the platform meets the standard and we're actively closing the remaining gaps. Some content created by hosts and venues, or supplied by third parties, may not yet fully conform — we work with those partners to improve it over time.

Assistive technology

Senvow is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and screen readers on desktop and mobile. Using the latest version of your browser and assistive tools gives the best experience.

If you hit an accessibility barrier, please contact us or file a bug report describing the page and the problem. Your feedback directly shapes what we fix next, and we aim to respond promptly.
