Why we can promise 0%

We never touch your money

Guests pay into your own payment account, not a Senvow balance. A platform that never holds your revenue structurally can't take a cut of it.

Memberships fund Senvow

Optional Pro and Business plans raise annual online-sales limits, remove the few ads free pages carry and add features. That's the business model — published on the plans below.

No per-sale fees, cash or card

Reserve online, pay in person, scan in one step. No fees, no card reader.

All-in pricing for guests

The price on the button is the price guests pay. No service fee at checkout.

Where the money actually goes

Money goes to your own PayPal, Stripe, Square or Mollie account. We never hold it, so there is no payout to wait for.

Online payments run through your own payment provider account — we never hold your funds, and Senvow charges no per-sale fees (your chosen payment provider may charge its own processing fees). Your yearly sales volume counts both cash and online takings. Venue slots count the venues you actively own — set one to private or remove it and the slot frees up. Memberships renew yearly and can be cancelled anytime.

Questions

How can ticketing be free?

Because Senvow's revenue comes from optional memberships (plus a few discreet ads on free event pages) — never from a cut of your sales. Free covers a real event program; Pro and Business raise annual online-sales limits and add features for organizers who grow.

Is there really no fee per ticket?

Really. $0 per ticket on every plan, including Free — online and at the door. Your payment provider charges its own processing rate, but that's paid to your provider, and it applies on any platform.

Do you hold my money and pay me out later?

No. Guests pay straight into your own connected account as tickets sell. There is no Senvow balance and no payout day — the money is simply yours, immediately.

Do my guests pay hidden fees?

No. The ticket price you set is what guests pay — no service fee at checkout.

What does the Free plan include?

Event pages, invitations, RSVPs, the ticket shop with tiers and codes, QR entry, cash at the door and online sales through your own provider — with an annual online-sales limit that covers most independent organizers.

Will this change once Senvow grows?

The zero-fee promise is structural: since we never hold your money, taking a cut isn't a switch we can quietly flip. If plans or limits ever change, they change on the published plans page — not inside your ticket price.
