Online payments run through your own payment provider account. We never hold your funds, and Senvow charges no per-sale fees (your chosen payment provider may charge its own processing fees). Switch payment providers anytime: Senvow is plug and play, so when another provider's fees suit you better, you move over in minutes and your venues, events and sales history come with you. Your yearly sales volume counts both cash and online takings. Venue slots count the venues you actively own; set one to private or remove it and the slot frees up. Memberships renew yearly and can be canceled anytime.
Festival questions, answered
What does Senvow cost for a festival?
The festival page, invitations and ticketing are free, and there are no per-sale fees — online payments go directly into your own PayPal, Stripe, Square or Mollie account. Senvow is funded by optional Pro and Business memberships, not commissions.
Can guests pay cash at the entrance?
Yes. Cash tickets are reserved for free online and paid in person; you collect and scan in one step, with no fees on cash sales. Cash and online payment can be mixed per ticket tier.
Do we need scanning hardware at the gate?
No. Any phone scans the QR codes. Entry staff just sign in and scan.
What happens when a guest can't come?
They resell or trade their ticket safely inside Senvow. You cap the resale price against scalping and can disable resale per ticket; every transfer issues a fresh QR code and voids the old one.
Our festival runs every year. Do we set it up again each time?
No. Recurring events keep one permanent link that always points to the next edition, remind your regulars automatically and track attendance and sales across editions.
Can we collect shirt sizes and dietary needs from thousands of buyers?
Yes. Questions sit in the ticket checkout, so the answer arrives with the order. The answers tab counts the choice questions for you and the guest export has a column per question.
