Questions
Is it really free?
Yes. Claiming and running your event cost nothing. If you sell tickets, Senvow charges no per-sale fees, and the money goes straight to your own payment account.
How do you verify I run the event?
You confirm a code sent to your email. An address on the event's own website confirms it fastest, and a flyer or booking confirmation helps. We review every request, usually within two business days.
I own the venue. Do I have to wait?
No. Once your venue is claimed, you take over events at your venue instantly, one by one or all at once.
Can I take my event off Senvow?
Yes. Claim and verify ownership to prevent unauthorized access to your event. Once it's yours, cancel it or delete it for good.
There's no claim button on my event. Why?
Some events come from partners who keep them up to date, and events that are over can't be taken over. If yours needs a change, reach out via contact.
Someone else already manages my event. What now?
Report the event from its page and choose impersonation. We look into every report.
