Why sliding scale works
Nobody priced out
A guest who can pay $5 and a guest who can pay $50 buy the same ticket. You decide the floor.
Room for generosity
Supporters can pay above the suggestion — fundraisers routinely earn more than a fixed price would.
A floor that covers your costs
The minimum is enforced at checkout, so every sale clears your baseline.
A suggestion that anchors
The suggested price is pre-filled, so most buyers start from your number, not from zero.
Small amounts stay whole
No per-sale fees: a $3 ticket is $3 for you, on your own PayPal, Stripe, Square or Mollie.
A normal ticket in every other way
QR entry, limits, sale windows and refund rules work exactly like fixed-price tickets.
One ticket, every budget
A sliding-scale tier sells beside your fixed tiers — buyers pick their amount at checkout.

A plan beside your tickets, and the members behind it
Visitors see the price, the cadence and what they get. You see who joined, who renews and who cancelled.
- Perks you defineWrite your own list — it shows on the plan card, and you fulfil it yourself.
- Billing on repeatDaily, weekly, monthly or yearly, with an interval count like every 3 months.
- Members at a glanceActive, renewing, cancelled — with the perks running until the paid period ends.

Where the money actually goes
Money goes to your own PayPal, Stripe, Square or Mollie account. We never hold it, so there is no payout to wait for.

Online payments run through your own payment provider account — we never hold your funds, and Senvow charges no per-sale fees (your chosen payment provider may charge its own processing fees). Your yearly sales volume counts both cash and online takings. Venue slots count the venues you actively own — set one to private or remove it and the slot frees up. Memberships renew yearly and can be cancelled anytime.
Sliding-scale pricing, answered
What is a sliding-scale ticket?
A ticket where the buyer chooses the price. You set a minimum and a suggested amount; the buyer picks anything at or above the minimum.
Can the minimum be $0?
Yes. With a $0 minimum a guest can join free, or pay any amount from $1 up — useful for donation-style events where attendance matters more than the amount.
Can buyers pay more than the suggested price?
Yes. Generous amounts go through; an unusually high entry is capped for typo safety.
What does Senvow charge?
No per-sale fees. Buyers pay on your own connected account; only your payment provider's own processing fees apply.
Do promo codes and member prices apply?
No — the buyer already sets the price. Member-only access still works if you gate a ticket to members.
Can memberships be pay-what-you-want too?
Yes. Set a minimum and a suggested amount per period; each supporter picks what they pay — for a host, a venue or an event membership.
Where does the money go?
Straight to your own connected payment account — tickets per sale, memberships every period, with no per-sale fees.

Each row shows only the named platform's published fees (July 2026) — check the sources below for current rates. Payment providers charge their own processing rates everywhere, including on Senvow; the table shows what the ticketing platform itself takes. Examples assume the organizer absorbs the fees — across 100 tickets at $25, that's about $344 in platform fees on Eventbrite and $0 on Senvow.
