Create or sign in to Stripe
Sign in to your Stripe dashboard, or create an account for free. This is the account your earnings are paid out to.
Open StripeCopy your live secret key
In your Stripe dashboard, open Developers → API keys. Switch to Live mode and copy your secret key — you'll paste this into Senvow.
Make sure you're in Live mode (not Test) and copy the Secret key — it starts with 'sk_live_'. Treat it like a password: only ever paste it into Senvow's payment setup, and never share it with anyone else.
Open your API keysConnect Stripe to Senvow
On your Senvow payment setup, pick Stripe, paste your secret key, and hit Connect. You'll see a 'Connected' confirmation.
Start your ticketed event on Senvow
Create your event and choose 'online card' as the payment method — buyers now pay straight into your connected Stripe.

Do I need a Stripe account to sell tickets?
Yes. A free Stripe account lets Senvow send buyers' payments straight to you. Creating one takes just a few minutes.
Does Senvow take a fee from each ticket sale?
Senvow takes no commission on your sales. Stripe charges its own standard payment-processing fee on its side, and everything after that goes straight into your account. Selling for cash at the door is always free.
Where does the money go?
Directly into your own Stripe account the moment a buyer pays. Senvow never holds your funds — you stay in control of your money and your payouts.
Can I still take cash at the door?
Yes. You can offer cash, online card, or both — set per ticket. Door cash sales are free and need no setup.
Where do I find my Stripe secret key?
In your Stripe dashboard under Developers → API keys. Switch to Live mode and copy the secret key (it starts with 'sk_live_'). Paste it into Senvow's payment setup — that's the only place it's needed.
