Waivers your guests sign before attending

Run clubs, fitness sessions, outdoor events: add a liability waiver once, and guests sign with a typed name right where they say yes — no clipboard, no PDF, and one signature covers a whole weekly series.

Why hosts drop the clipboard

Signed where they RSVP

A checkbox and a typed name at RSVP or ticket purchase — saying yes and signing are one step.

Sign once per series

Weekly run? One signature covers the whole series. Paper asks every time; Senvow asks once.

A record you can produce

Every signature stores the exact text your guest agreed to, with name and date — view it anytime, export it with your guest list.

Start from a template

An adaptable starter waiver is built in. Fit it to your activity and country — we're not your lawyer, and we say so.

Versioned like it matters

Edit your waiver and new guests sign the new text — existing signatures keep exactly what they agreed to.

How it works

1

Add the waiver

Pick it from your event policies — set it once in your account and every event carries it.

2

Guests sign at RSVP

No extra app, no printout — the signature is part of saying yes.

3

Pull it up when needed

See who's signed in your guest list and open any record — or export the lot.

Waiver questions

Is a digital waiver legally binding?

A signed record with the exact text, typed name and timestamp is solid consent evidence. Whether it holds in your case depends on your activity and country — adapt the template and check with a professional if in doubt.

Do guests without an account sign too?

Yes — name and email is enough. The signature is stored against the guest either way.

What about a weekly run club?

One signature covers the recurring series by default. You can switch to per-date signatures if your activity calls for it.

What if I change the waiver text?

New signups sign the new version. Existing records keep the exact text they agreed to — that's what makes them worth anything.

Does it work with tickets?

Yes — paid, free, or pay-at-the-door: the signature is collected before checkout completes.
