Turn your regulars into members

A membership sits beside your tickets: your regulars subscribe, pay you every period on your own payment account, and get the perks you promise — plus an optional member price on every ticket.

Free to start — add a membership plan once your event is live. Members are billed on your own payment provider, with no Senvow per-sale fees.

Membership fees, side by side

What each platform takes from a recurring membership payment — published pricing, August 2026.

Membership and recurring-support platforms compared on platform fee, monthly price and who holds the money, from each provider's published pricing or help pages, August 2026. Each row describes only the platform named in its first column — the Senvow row is Senvow's own pricing: no per-sale fee, free to start, payments to the seller's own payment account. All other rows are competitors' published pricing, not Senvow's.

Each row shows only the named platform's published pricing (August 2026) — check the sources below for current rates. Payment providers charge their own processing rates everywhere, including on Senvow; this table shows what the platform itself takes on top. Several of these pay out to your own Stripe too — the difference is that every one of them still takes a cut, a monthly fee, or both.

Why a membership beats one more ticket sale

Income you can plan with

A ticket pays once. A membership pays every period, so you know roughly what next month looks like before it starts.

Paid on your own account

The subscription runs on your own PayPal, Stripe, Square or Mollie. Senvow never holds the money and takes nothing per payment.

A member price that applies itself

Set an optional discount and active members pay it automatically on your tickets — shown next to the regular price, with no code to enter.

Perks in your own words

List what a member gets — a reserved spot, a drink, a shout-out. It shows on the plan card, and you fulfil it yourself.

Keep the group the right size

An optional member cap pauses new subscriptions once you are full, and reopens them when a slot frees up.

Made for a series

A weekly course, a training night, a monthly club night — the people who never miss one finally have something to sign up for.

A plan beside your tickets, and the members behind it

Visitors see the price, the cadence and what they get. You see who joined, who renews and who cancelled.

How it works

1

Create your event

Add the title, date and place. Recurring? Set the series once and every date follows.

2

Connect your payment provider

PayPal, Stripe, Square or Mollie — the subscription is created on your account, so the money never passes through Senvow.

3

Add a membership plan

Title, description, price and cadence — daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, with an interval count. Add perks, an optional cap and an optional member discount.

4

Your regulars join

The plan shows beside your tickets. Subscribing sends them to your provider's checkout; once it confirms, the membership is active and the member price applies.

Online payments run through your own payment provider account — we never hold your funds, and Senvow charges no per-sale fees (your chosen payment provider may charge its own processing fees). Your yearly sales volume counts both cash and online takings. Venue slots count the venues you actively own — set one to private or remove it and the slot frees up. Memberships renew yearly and can be cancelled anytime.

Running it every week?A recurring event and a membership are made for each other: one series, one plan, and your regulars pay for the whole run instead of buying a ticket every time. See recurring events

Event membership questions

What does Senvow charge for a membership payment?

Nothing per payment. The subscription is created on your own payment provider, which charges its normal processing rate and settles the money to you. Senvow's own plans are a flat subscription that does not scale with what you sell.

How often can I bill members?

Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, each with an optional interval count — so every 3 months or every 2 weeks are both fine.

What happens when a member cancels?

They keep their perks and their member price until the end of the period they already paid for, then the membership lapses. Members cancel themselves from their account — you do not have to do anything.

What if a renewal payment fails?

The member keeps access for a 7-day grace window while your payment provider retries. If it still fails after that, the membership expires.

Who handles refunds?

You do, in your payment provider's dashboard — exactly like your one-off ticket sales. A member can request one from their orders and you are notified.

Do I have to run a recurring event?

No. A one-off event can carry a membership too — it becomes ongoing support for that occasion. It just fits a series especially well.
