Is the transfer safe?

Every transfer reissues a fresh QR and voids the old one, so tickets can't be duplicated.

Do I make money on resales?

You can take a share of each resale or leave it fee-free for guests — it's your call per event.

What if someone sells outside Senvow?

Only Senvow-issued QR codes scan in, so off-platform copies simply won't work at the door.

Can guests get their money back instead?

Reselling inside Senvow gives guests a safe way to recoup their money without you handling refunds.

Can a buyer give their ticket to a friend?

Yes — free transfer by name. The pass moves to the friend's account, the old QR stops working, and the door list shows who's actually coming.
